JetBlue's strongest feature was its easy-to-use technology, which made the check-in process quick and easy. From the obvious signs to the helpful employees who helped me at every turn, their attention to detail really stood out to me. In order to make me feel like a valued customer, they were also kind enough to provide me free drinks.
